Территория зеленая и красивая

Были там неделю , за всю неделю меня в ресторане не менялось вообще , каждый день одно и тоже , персонал не приветливый ,на барах в 12 дня не наливают даже стакан воды ,хотя самая жара на улице, объясняя что они работают с часу дня .прекращают обслуживать за 20 минут до закрытия . На территории 3 ресторана по системе все включено, что сказано и в инструкции которую нам выдали ,но разрешают есть только в одном , говоря что это рестораны другого отеля . В номерах кондиционеры периодически переставали работать, выдавая ошибку Е4, но персонал говорил все нормально ,подождите пару часов ,но ничего не менялось .заход в море слишком длинный , можно было бы поставить кулер с водой в конце пирса , так как идти 1 км, при том что вода техническая туда подается

المنتجع أكثر من رائع من حيث المناظر الطبيغية والبحر والأكل ممتاز النظافة ممتازة وأخص بالشكر عامل النظافة كريم يستجيب بسرعة لتنظيف الغرفة و ينظفها بشكل رائع جدا والطاقم ودودين ودائما مبتسمين سواء الرسيبشن او عامل النظافة مريم والشيف في المطعم انصح الجميع بتجربته لانه يستحق التجربة وانا عن نفسي عندما اذهب شرم الشيخ سوف اعيد التجربة فيه لانني لم أجد افضل من هذا المنتجع
