"The worst vacation we spent"

I am a mom with 4 children. We stayed at the hotel from March 26 to April 3. We were infected with a severe intestinal from eating at the hotel and we spent 3 days in the room that we cannot get out of it due to the symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting. The hotel staff did not pay any attention to us or our needs (our condition was diagnosed by the hotel's private clinic and I have reports proving this)

The hotel, food, service and cleanliness were exceptional and first class. The food was fabulous, varied and beautifully cooked and seasoned. The drinks were delicious and plentiful, served 24/7 at the bar, at the pool and beach facilities were outstanding.
