IT WAS REALLY FABULOUS.. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT . AMONG ALL THE RESORTS I HAD BEEN IN SHARM ALSHEIKH IT WAS THE BEST

Absolutely fantastic hotel from front to beach and spotlessly clean everywhere, excellent food with lots of choice every time with really nice staff who don't leave you wanting for anything - especially "Bob" and his buddies who brought us fresh orange juice, coffee, water or wine as soon as he saw us and Wahib the restaurant manager/supervisor who greeted us every time we went for a meal and stood chatting every time. The gardens are beautiful with lots of colour and a credit to the gardeners who are constantly working. Our room (2249) was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean thanks to Karim our room attendant, he made us very welcome making sure fresh towels (including beach towels) and bottled water were in the room and always spoke when we saw him. To those reviewers who comment about dated furniture and tv's I'd like to know what they go on holiday for - to watch tv in their rooms???? Sad really!!! And for those complaining at how hard the beds are do you not talk to the staff? We were asked if we wanted a softer mattress and if so they'd change it - never known that in all my 63 years! The only criticism is that the Russians are so ignorant and treat the staff like animals (which they definitely are not!) and waste so much food that it's heartbreaking to see - but that is life unfortunately. All I can say is a big thankyou to all the staff for making us feel so welcome and we'll be back!!

The hotel is quite nice overall, but the service and room quality are average. The management seems to be trying hard to ensure guests have a good stay, but the staff often does not understand visitors’ requests, and communication can be difficult.

Гостиница разделена на часть у моря и "чуть подальше от моря". Гости из обоих гостиниц могут пользоваться всей инфраструктурой, кроме ресторанов. Мне очень важно было кушать качественную еду и при том красиво оформленную, в красивой атмосфере. При том номере, что я заказала за 200 евро за ночь, я этого не получила. Все в этой гостинице хорошо, но вот нет какого-то "WOW" эффекта.

Не понравилось, что при заказе гостиницы не подчеркнули, что комнаты, которые дороже, находятся у моря. Было много гостей из Казахстана, русско говорящих. Заход в море с пирса, поэтому почти все пользуются просто бассейнами.

The hotel was good, however what stood out were the people from the restaurant, Chef Zaki ,Chef Ataya,Chef Hani the breakfast omelette chef the best ever and also the following great restaurant staff like Hani ,Menna.The pool ife guards guys like Mohammed, tall Muhammed , Osama the rapper , the young pool bar attendant Ahmed,also the entertainment crew, like Jaun ,Angel ,Jenny ,Muhammed, Anna and the Super Man Nadir who made it all happen , these guy were priceless. When we had problems in our rooms ,Amir , Menna the guest relations manager were super amazing involving the Manager Khalid to make sure we were happy and comfortable. From the front door to beach, all staff made my stay memorable.I would definitely return.
