JAZ Mirabel Resort

A really lovely resort, we stayed in the park side, but could wonder over to the beach side and enjoy these facilities too. The room was clean and big enough, and there was always space to rest in the sun around one of the many pools or beach. The food was great, devoured the large range of salads, breads and hot dishes. The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for you and the animation team were really fun and energetic, encouraging you to join in and enjoy the activities or outings. Had a great time and lots of lovely memories to think back on, I highly recommend the trip! The only issue was that sometimes the music was quite loud by the pool and may not be everyone's taste, but you can just move to another area.

Me and my husband enjoyed everything. We felt welcomed. The food was good, variety of drinks. Room service. We loved the beach and the pier, perfect for snorkeling.

An amazing place where every employee, from the cleaners to the chef of the restaurant, makes you feel valued and special. The staff are highly professional, and everyone truly knows their job. The food was wonderful. The place felt very safe and reliable. I lost my ring and knew about it within four hours of my departure. Thankfully, it was found with the help of Ahmed Elmansoury and other kind staff members. Special thanks to Yusuf, the waiter from the main restaurant, who made my birthday truly unforgettable.

Was a bit worried about going to this large resort as partner is not fully mobile but we were given a room close to amenities, golf carts are readily available and accessible. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable.Got to beach every day . All staff are amazing, beach boys, waiters,cleaners are all brilliant as are management, any problems they are happy to sort. Menna on customer relations sorted anything. Sea is accessible from beach should you not be able to walk the jetty. Food is great, there is always something to be found to eat, im a fussy eater but was happy. The Italion does an amazing beef steak. Drinks are all good quality local wines beers etc. Yassa on beach was a mine of information. Will visit again.

We went and stayed at Jaz Mirabel for the first time and it was wonderful. The rooms were excellent with everything we needed and bottled water and coffee/tea making facilities and fridge. The staff were exceptional and aimed to please all the time always checking everything was ok. Food and restaurant were fab especially Nino's the Italian we had fillet steak and it was delicious. Overall the food was excellent and lots of choice. Very impressed there was an over 18 years pool and then a lovely pool area for families also a separate restaurant as well. I can't fault this place I would highly recommend.
