We’ve just returned from an amazing three-week stay at Jaz Mirabel Beach Resort, Sharm El Sheikh, from 1st January to 22nd January 2026, and this was our second holiday at the resort — which says a lot in itself. From the moment we arrived, everything was once again to an exceptionally high standard. The resort is huge, beautifully maintained, and offers something for everyone. The rooms were cleaned daily and always to a very high standard — spotless, comfortable, and well looked after by the housekeeping team. The food options are excellent. There are three à la carte restaurants plus two buffet-style restaurants, so there’s plenty of variety. We never got bored of the choices, and the quality was consistently very good. There are also several bars across the resort, including two right on the beach, which was perfect for relaxing with a drink and enjoying the view. A special mention must go to the Guest Relations team, who are absolutely amazing. Menna in particular went above and beyond for us. She helped us book our meals, and even stayed in touch via WhatsApp to sort out any issues quickly and efficiently. That level of service really makes a difference and makes you feel genuinely cared for as a guest. The pool areas are fantastic — a huge choice of swimming pools, water slides, and some heated pools which are ideal for the winter season. There’s also an adults-only section, which is lovely and quiet if you want a more peaceful atmosphere. Even the Wi-Fi deserves a mention: there are router boosters positioned strategically around the resort, giving good blanket coverage with reasonable speeds — including down on the beach, which was a great bonus. All in all, Jaz Mirabel Beach Resort delivered another outstanding holiday for us. Great facilities, great food, fantastic staff, and a very relaxing atmosphere. We will book again for January 2027 and highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in Sharm El Sheikh.

Very clean hotel with perfect service and personal. Everyone is kind, helpful and friendly. We had the best room cleaning person, Mahmoud. He made our stay special. He did decorations in our room everyday. Thank you very much Mahmoud. He was kind, always doing a great job and polite

We loved the hotel ,it was our 3rd time here and we will certainly be back again, Staff we so very very kind and courteous and couldn't do enough for us,(mena in particular) rooms were very clean and spacious gardens were so beautiful and well cared for ..beach was lovely too..

Nice hotel . Good food . Beautiful territory. Mahmoud is very good man in cleaning .. our rooms is everyday clean and he makes to us nice things of towels , it makes our mood better . Good walking road in the hotel and beach road is also good , flowers , trees . Beautiful and picturesque territory .

We’ve just comeback from a week at Jaz Mirabel Resort in Sharm. I’ve been to Egypt many times over the years and stayed in a wide variety of hotels. I think on balance, that Jaz Mirabel is the best I’ve encountered. The hotel is spotless and impeccably well kept, the room was great and every aspect of the hotel was superb. I think what made it stand out however was the level of service. It was truly exceptional and ensured that we had the best week, we possibly could have. There were a few individuals I’d like to mention in particular - Mohamed, who works at the pool, Mohamed, our waiter in the restaurant and Romany and Mohamed in the bar. We couldn’t have asked for any more. Thank you so much for a very special week.

Sivrisinekler her yerde ve buna bir çare bulunmalı. Odaya sivrisinek için sprey ve sinek kovucu şeyler konulabilir. Onun dışında kahvaltı çeşitliliğini ve havuz barı çeşitliliği yetersiz geldi. İskele çok uzun, buna da bir çare bulunmalı. Ulaşım kolaylaşabilir.

Excellent service both in the hotel lobby and in the restaurant — always friendly, attentive, and professional. Special thanks to Omar, the bartender, who makes the best drinks, both non-alcoholic and classic cocktails. He easily meets even the highest expectations. His English is very good, which is not always common here, so communication is always easy and pleasant.

Very good hotel with good facilities fantastic weather for the beginning of January . We arrived 1st of January and the hotel was quite busy still . A big thank you to Menna at guest relations she booked all our dinner reservations and any issues Menna would solve straight away . Menna you are a credit to the hotel . Would return again .
