JAZ Mirabel Resort

Overall it was good hotel for Egypt. Of course i would rate it low for Western Europe in terms of cleaness. Bed linens and pillow cases, towels were very clean. But curtains and blinds were rather disgusting. Dust is not cleaned often. I had no idea before comming to this hotel that it will be crazy loud music until 11pm. Be advised that if you dont plant to party late night, then this hotel is not good choice. Even if the music cames from neighbour hotels, its looouud! The all inclusive food was very good! Tasty and good enough choice!

The hotel is marketed as five star although this has recently been reduced to 4. Food choice and drink quality was poor and repetitive an opinion shared by other guests. Hotel is very dated and rooms need modernisation, despite this staff deliver a good level of service. The hotel grounds and staff are by far it's best assets. Despite this we were generally unimpress and would not recommend or return. T

I really liked the service. The reception staff, Abdo and Hashem, were excellent. They handled everything perfectly, and their attitude was very polite, kind, and cheerful. Many thanks to them. I will choose this hotel again because these guys made me very happy.

Faultless in everyway. Staff are polite, helpful, friendly and could not be more accomodating. Clean and tidy in all areas and food was excellent at the buffet, beach bar and the a la carte restaurants. Pool areas were great with lots of space for all guests. Entertainment team were also very friendly without being overly pushy. Cindy especially was brilliant.

We went there fourteen years ago for my Wife's 50th birthday. This year she suggested we go the Sharm El Sheikh at Jazz Mirabel Beach Hotel. We had very fond memories and had loved the Hotel snd the staff. Jazz Mirabels service has stepped even further as they have Lovely Guests Relation Meena was outstanding. The Managers, to Chef's to the entire team couldn't do enough for you. Highly recommend it.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Ahmed Mansur. He is truly one of the most welcoming and hospitable hotel administrators I have ever met. From the very first moment at the hotel, everything felt smooth, comfortable, and genuinely warm. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall environment made our stay truly enjoyable. I have stayed in many hotels across Egypt, but I have never encountered such a caring, attentive, and genuinely kind professional. Ahmed’s warm attitude, constant willingness to help, and exceptional level of guest care made our experience even more special. It is exactly because of his outstanding hospitality and respectful treatment that I will gladly return to this hotel again. We stayed at Jaz Mirabel Beach from February 7th to February 14th (Room 1250), and we would truly like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire hotel team for such a wonderful vacation. From the very first day, we felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. We would especially like to highlight Hesham from the reception desk. He is an exceptionally интеллигентный, kind, and professional young man. He assisted us with every question we had - from explaining where we could exchange money to guiding us around the restaurants. He also kindly arranged a breakfast box for us upon request. Thanks to people like him, your stay becomes truly comfortable and stress-free. In general, the entire staff deserves the warmest appreciation. At every bar we were greeted with smiles and served with sincere hospitality. Bravo to the grill chef! Bravo to the restaurant chefs! The food was delicious and prepared with care. The waiters and beach staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Room cleaning was excellent - always spotless, neat, and well maintained. The evening shows at the amphitheater were also enjoyable and well organized, adding a lovely atmosphere to our stay. Unfortunately, I did not manage to remember the names of everyone who made our vacation so special, but each of them contributed to making this trip truly unforgettable. This holiday was worth every single dollar. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality. I had a truly excellent stay at Jaz Mirabel Beach. From the moment of arrival until departure, everything was perfectly organized and handled with great professionalism. Special thanks to Mr. Hesham at the reception and reservations desk for his outstanding attitude, exceptional cooperation, and genuine care for guest satisfaction. His professionalism, courtesy, and problem-solving skills truly reflect a high standard of hospitality and make a real difference in the guest experience. Rooms: Spacious, very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Cleanliness: Excellent with very high standards. Staff: Extremely polite, professional, and always attentive to guests’ comfort and needs. The sea & beach: Absolutely amazing — crystal clear water with beautiful coral reefs. The snorkeling experience is among the best in Sharm El Sheikh. Overall stay: Very relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable in every aspect. A truly wonderful experience, highly recommended. I will definitely visit again.
