Az ellátás és az ételek minősége,a személyzet maximális hozzáállása egész ott tartozkodásunk alatt.A part gyönyörű a snack bár minden igényt kielégítő ellátással rendelkezik és tökéletes tisztaság a szálloda egész területén.

A fürdőszobai termékek bekészîtésével kapcsolatban kicsit többet vártam ês furcsa volt,hogy nem kártya van a strand törölközőhöz, amit ugyan naponta cserélenek a szobában,de mégis kissé kényelmetlen.

J’ai passé un séjour parfait dans cet hôtel. Tout était impeccable du début à la fin, et je me suis senti vraiment au petit soin pendant toute la durée de mon séjour. Le personnel a été attentionné, professionnel et toujours disponible. Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Shady pour sa gentillesse, son accueil chaleureux et son excellent service. Grâce à lui, cette expérience a été encore plus agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

La situation géographique

Big resort with lots of swimming pools and food options so doesn’t feel crowded. Lots of playgrounds for the kids which they really enjoyed. The staff is friendly and helpful- we didn’t like our first room as was too noisy so they moved us to a different room and it was perfect. The rooms are a bit tired but generally everything work well and the bed is comfortable. Food selection is great, especially loved the evening when they served prawns.

Rooms are a bit tired and need a refresh. The service in a restaurant was a bit hit and miss, on some days took a lot of time to get cutlery. But once we spoke to the manager- that improved. Tennis courts definitely need some maintenance. We always play in holiday and the courts were not in a good state.

Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and staff. We were treated exceptionally well and given a free upgrade and early check in, we were very happy!

Keycards kept failing and having to trek back to reception to get a new one
