Leptos Panorama Hotel

Exceptional room with stunning sea views. Perfect location and lovely pool area. The spa was excellent.

Exceptional staff who really went above and beyond to make our stay special. We stayed in a first floor executive suite which was roomy and with a very comfortable king size bed and it had a lateral sea view but is directly above the dining area so can be noisy in the morning. Good size balcony but morning sun only. Breakfast included with good choices of breads, cereal and cold meats. Freshly made omelettes, pancakes and bacon. Beautiful terrace overlooking the pool area and sea with live entertainment most nights. Access to a beach which was rocky but there’s a beautiful beach within a ten minute walk. Terrace is big and staff don’t allow people to ‘hog’ recliners with towels so if someone didn’t turn up within 60mins the towels were removed which is very fair! Hotel location is about a €10 taxi ride to Chania Old town so a really good location.

I would have preferred a full sea view and a sunset view which is beautiful but the executive suites are only positioned on the sunrise side offering a limited lateral view. We also had a first floor suite above the dining area so it was noisy from 7am. If you want an executive suite then look for a higher floor position. The restaurant was ‘ok’ but we chose to dine out at night and there are excellent restaurants within walking distance or a 10 min drive to Chania. Overall decor is a little tired but this is more than made up for by some of the most exceptional staff at senior management level and on service in the bar area.

Amazing views from the room and all around the swimming pool area. Exceptional hospitality specially from Georgia at the reception and guest relations. Will definitely come back whenever I’m in Chania.

The hotel is old but well maintained and everything is functioning well. I guess it will possibly need a refurbishment to the rooms in the next few years.

Special thanks to Bubbly G! We just had an amazing holiday at Leptos Panorama hotel. The resort has amazing facilities and spacious rooms with amazing view. There’s a huge selection of food and desserts in the buffet and everything we tried was delicious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and took great care of us. Big thanks to Georgia for making our stay so pleasant with her energy. Well deserved 5*. We’re definitely going back and we recommend this resort to anyone who wants the ultimate hospitality experience.

The staff were exceptional at this hotel. All very friendly and nothing was a bother. Hotel its self was spotless, great pool with stunning views and their food and drink offerings were excellent . Our room had the best view looking out to the see , with a massive bed and wrap around balcony.
