Leptos Panorama Hotel

We really loved the fact that we received a full apartment in one of the new buildings. It was spatious enough for us and the two kids. The apartment had a small stove where we could heat up things or even cook. The grounds are very pretty, the pools are exceptional especially the infinity pool. There are quite a few entertainment options. The kids loved the water aerobics. The food (we only had breakfast here since we went sight seeing during the day and ate in different places) was plenty, great options and tasty. If you are not all inclusive and decide to eat there e.g. for lunch, the prices are good and food is tasty too. We also loved that there was a small playground where the kids could play when spending the entire day at the hotel.

It would definitely not be a deal breaker for us, but what we found odd is that there was no microwave. However, we experienced the same thing at other places that we stayed on Crete too, so it is not something unique to this hotel. Be ready to heat your food on the stove. Cleaning could use a little work too, e.g. emptying trash more often, but overall it was not a huge problem. If you notify them, they will send someone and take care of it right away.

Except breakfast

The hotel has a magnificent view and a beautiful pool area. The rooms are modern and clean (we stayed in Studio suite). The staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions. There's great evening entertainment with a DJ and live bands. The food in the restaurant leaves practically nothing to be desired.

Hotelli ala ja meie toad olid heal tasemel. Voodid olid väga mugavad, padjad just kõige õigemad, jahutus töötas hästi. Koristati iga päev, basseini ääres oli juhendatud tegevusi (vesi võimlemine, jooga, veepall, jms) Toit oli mitmekesine ja ülikülluslik. Baari joogid olid erineva tasemega, enamasti meeldivad. Saabumiskingitus ja lahkumiskingitus olid meeldivad üllatused. Samuti oli personal alati sõbralik ja tähelepanelik ja tegi ka vahvaid üllatusi aegajalt. Ja millised võrratud päikeseloojangud! Väga väga ilusad vaated. Väga hea oli bussiühendus Chania linnaga ja seejuures hästi lihtne. Chania linna tasub kindlasti külastada. Imeilus ja suurepärast õhustikuga vanalinn ja sadam. Mõnusad tänavakohvikud, loendamatu hulk kauplusi, kerjavad koerad, Kreeta kõige paksem kass😃 Chania on meie lemmiklinn nüüd Kreetal.

Basseini rätikuid vahetati suht suvaliselt, laste 3 ja 5 a jaoks oli kahekorruseline nari, üles korrusele ei saanud ühtegi last magama panna, sest nad kipuvad magades nn reisima. Aga head lahendust sellele ei pakutud. Lambaliha oli alati vintske, kala tihtipeale üleküpsetatud. Kui see pool toiduga korda teha, siis oleks toit 10 palli vääriline. Nii kallist spa-d pole veel kunagi näinud, aga massaaž oli hea. Mererand ei olnud hotelli juures ujumiseks hea, aga lähiümbruskonnas oli häid randu, kuhu sai jalutada või minna bussiga.

Tout était exceptionnel !! Le cadre est véritablement fabuleux avec une vue panoramique sur la mer depuis les chambres, les piscines et le restaurant. Les repas sont savoureux et les thèmes sont différents chaque jour. Mais ce qui a en plus rendu notre séjour inoubliable est l’accueil de toute l’équipe qui nous a entourées d’attentions et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Georgia, Labro et Betty, nous vous remercions du fond du cœur pour ces vacances merveilleuses. Nous nous sommes senties à la maison…et nous reviendrons dès que possible…!! Mille mercis, Anne

Everything was great, the hotel staff was amazing😊

I had the great pleasure of spending a few days at this hotel and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic stay. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, the front desk staff were courteous and helpful, and the pool bar team stood out for their friendliness and professionalism. The food was delicious – fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. A special mention goes to Nikos P. from the hotel bar. He is a person full of passion, incredible energy, and genuine charm. His cocktails were outstanding. But it wasn’t just the drinks that made the evenings special – it was the warm, welcoming atmosphere that Nicos created and conversations with him were truly a pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation, excellent service, and memorable experiences – and if you have the chance to meet Nikos, evenings at the bar are sure to be unforgettable.
