Hôtel à bannir!!!

Nous n avons rien aimé ni l hôtel ni la propreté ni le service ! Tout était tres vieux !!!! Les chambres catastrophiques!!! Aucun confort ! Très moche! Nous n avons jamais vu que dans un hôtel soit disant 5 étoiles on doit monté nous même dans les chambres les serviettes de piscine et sont pas changé tous les jours!!!!

Tolle Poolanlage. Frühstück sehr gut. Zimmer groß. Personal immer hilfsbereit

Sandstrand weiter (20 min Gehzeit) entfernt. Am Hotel nur ein Steinstrand mit fast keiner Liege Möglichkeit. Gäste, die abends auswärts essen müssen entweder Auto fahren oder die steile Rampe hochlaufen, da der einfache Zugang über eine Brücke ab 21:30 schon geschlossen ist.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! It truly felt like a Greek experience – fresh, flavorful, and full of variety. From the warm, crispy spanakopita and fluffy pita bread to the olives, feta, and ripe tomatoes, every bite tasted authentic and delicious. The yogurt with honey and nuts was a perfect touch, and the coffee was strong and aromatic, just as it should be in Greece. The presentation was simple yet elegant, and the atmosphere made it feel like enjoying breakfast in a local Greek home. A perfect start to the day – fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience real Greek hospitality through food!

We stayed at this hotel in Chania, Crete, and our experience was truly amazing from start to finish. The hotel itself is very beautiful, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable, with everything designed to make guests feel relaxed. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us the warmest welcome. They are incredibly kind, polite, and hardworking, always smiling and ready to help with anything. Their attention to detail is impressive — we honestly felt like we were the only guests there because of the way they took care of us. The breakfast was one of the highlights: very tasty, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and everything was fresh, well-prepared, and very clean. The hotel also offers different activities for all ages, and it was wonderful to see how much effort the team puts into keeping guests entertained and happy. Whether relaxing at the hotel or joining activities, there was always something enjoyable to do. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations in every way. The combination of a beautiful hotel, excellent service, delicious food, fun activities, and a perfect location made this a fantastic experience. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chania. I will also tell my friends about it, because it is truly a place worth staying at. And at the end I want to thank Georgina for everything 🤍.

Var en litt eldre mann som jobbet i baren som ikke var så hyggelig med oss når vi spurte om vann, men det ødela heldigvis ikke.

Great sunsets, pool is also very nice. Staff are very friendly. We stayed in the apartments which were spacious and modern. There is free parking Gym is great!

The toilet in our room smelled of sweage, we tried to get someone to fix it and it didnt happen. The breakfast is messy and the food limited. Presentation and quality here need work. The cleaners in the breakfast area didnt care enough from what we saw.

Las piscinas, el desayuno y el gimnasio con vistas al mar. Te dan toallas para la piscina y te llevan las maletas a la habitación. Hay actividades y juegos. Está a unos 15-20 minutos de Chania centro. Hay un bus que para en la misma puerta, lo que es útil si no te quieres llevar el coche, ya que en Chania es muy difícil aparcar.

La calidad no corresponde a lo que estamos acostumbrados de un hotel de 5 estrellas en España, por ejemplo. No es que hayan hecho algo mal en sí, pero al ser en teoría un 5 estrellas, esperas un lujo que este hotel no tiene. En España sería un 4 estrellas, incluso algunos detalles son de un 3 estrellas. Detalles como la calidad de las sabanas o la cubierta de la cama, que parecían las de un hostal, o la papelera del baño y la escobilla, que eran de plástico. Son detalles no propios de un 5 estrellas. Es el típico hotel con régimen de todo incluido. El desayuno era variado aunque la calidad no era especialmente elevada. Con esto no quiero decir que el hotel esté mal, pero que no se corresponde a un 5 estrellas.
