Perfect hotel perfect staff aspecialy Ivan who was devoted to help us achieve the best exp we get from the hotel. Food was excellent, pool is perfect and room was perfect.

If we would have gotten tofu and nut milks in vegetarian food options it would have been perfect.

-great price -great location -staff was normal, good, polite -room was very good -rooftop pool was awesome

-our room was right under air condition systems so it was very loud at night (I asked them before I got there for a quiet room, but they forgot) -the pool bar could start work earlier

The food was great, I wish they had an alternating menu that could change every other week though (2 menus, switching back and forth each week). The service and the workers were awesome, especially David who helped us out countless times during our trip.

The only thing that could have gone better was being more clear with transportation accommodations. The reservation said there was an airport shuttle available but after an inquiry closer to the date of our stay, we had already passed the 3-day deadline needed to reserve the shuttle. This forced us to go for either a taxi or rental car; we opted for the rental car (which turned into a very large problem for us later on which I will omit from this review) and called the hotel again to inquire about parking. The woman who answered the front desk phone told us there was no parking available and we'd have to find street or parking lot parking nearby the hotel. We had no money when we showed up late at night so we were in a panic to find nearby street parking, causing frustration to the parking lot owner and ourselves. After we lugged our bags into the hotel, we found out that they did, in fact, have parking and the money I paid/frustration I experienced could have been avoided altogether. I hope that the hotel's staff will be more aware of the accommodations they possess going forward and a clearer heads up on their shuttle service's caveats earlier on.
