very disappointed about advertising the property, as the demo video shows the Hilton hotel which was a completely different location. It was not just for us also a lot of people said the same.

Not having a buffet for every meal and the different options on the menu were good. The room was a good size and comfortable. That the premises were not huge.

We could not use the Hilton's on the beach premises for free as indicated. The terrace and pool area are not smoke free, and the hotel provides a nargile (Arab pipe) at a charge which is used anywhere. On one day there was no wine for any meal. The eating area does not have enough shade, you are eating under direct sun and is too small to accommodate guests. Adults can be much noisier than children when inebriated.

High quality accommodation designed around central courtyard. Peaceful relaxing vibe with friendly service. Good location with access to Hilton on the beach for $65 US / day

All inclusive but limited choice. Fixed menu without variation from day to day other than a sushi option. Options on limited menu were not available several days running. The wine was very poor. Sourcing drinkable wine is not expensive but providing poor wine seemed a business choice to drive customers to pay for palatable wine. A bit cynical. The staff did their best but it fell short of the ‘all inclusive’ offer in our view

the staff were so so kind and helpful, the rooms were so clean, the food was amazing!
