clean and comfortable room

very limited menu that does not really feel like a nice eating all inclusive experience

Rooftop was amazing, beautiful views and cocktails

the food was poor for vegetarian/vegan guests

We loved everything, we were actually allowed to check in and use pool area before our room was ready couple of hours earlier which we really appreciated. Every single person working in the hotel was very kind, simply a great service. The building is very nicely constructed, it is all open space including the hallways, very fresh concept. Delicious cocktails and great selection of food to be chosen from the menu. Room had everything we needed. We would definitely come back.

Full of students for the spring break which were pretty loud after tequilla and also treating the staff with little respect, but I guess this is what to expect when going to Mexico during this time of the year 🥲 The menu does not include many different dishes so if you stay one week, you might get bored by repeating the same food for dinner (it was not our case)
