This hotel was beyond my expectations. The location is absolutely perfect and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The food and drink were great as well. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I wish we could've been able to rent beach chairs and umbrellas.

Clean, great location

Food was very basic

Room was spacious and comfortable. Pool are was nice with comfy beds. The lady on dinner service was extremely helpful, serving us on both nights!

Food and drink service during the day was very poor (long wait times, missing orders). There was broken glass by the pool area, which wasn't cleaned up for a full day. Cold shower in the room. On the second day, I returned to my room to find 2 maintenance men working on the lock on the door. I had not been informed about this, nor had there been any issues with the lock since we arrived. I waited for them to complete the work for 45 minutes until eventually they decided to move us to a different room.. This whole experience was extremely disappointing, especially on the last day of our holidays!

Funny thing happened...I booked Yucatan to try something new only to find out I had stayed there before when it was Live Aqua-one of my fave spots in PDC! It was a pleasant surprise. The ambiance, staff and food were pretty much the same goodness. Loved the cold AC in the room! The bonus with this property is proximity and safety, which was way more enhanced compared to my last visit in 2018.

For Hilton to put its name on it, they need to do right by it. Several minor repairs are needed to the pool tiles, lighting in 1st floor restroom, water temp in sink in the room (shower was great!), planks in floor loose in some spots on 1st floor, & need AC in the elevator! 🥵 However, the biggest issue for me were the damn bees at the bar! 😂 Bless the staff that has to put up with that, daily. I'm sure that can be remedied. Hilton, do better!!!

very very clean , first class bedding and linens! right on fifth ave but 3/4 of hotel is on side street or 1st ave. no problem with noise. Food was just fine , not over the top but certainly satisfactory! Plenty of staff to serve you!

Policy of 1:00 checkin , but was advised not till 3. I was a bit disturbed by this and then a room was ready at 1:15. sooo many hotels have the same issue but I’ll never understand. But it worked out just fine!!

All inclusive food wasn’t great. Portions were extremely small and room service didn’t always answer when we Wanted to order drinks or food. Menu wasn’t even offered to us when we ate at the rooftop , we just got asked what we wanted to eat? Room was poorly decorated for the price.
