Highly recommend! Food was excellent and the hotel is within walking distance to the beach and shops!

The all inclusive was a great deal. The staff was amazing. The food was amazing. The drinks were bottom shelf but the bar tenders made them awesome. Services at the pool bar were AMAZING. Location was also at centre of shopping area and restaurants.

The bed was broken and shifted to a side so me and my partner didnt sleep the whole night. We were so uncomfortable. When I complained the next day the staff said or did nothing but say sorry. Also there was LOUD noise from the club below till 3 :00 a.m. It was so loud that I felt I was there. The staff should have told us there would be that problem. I get cheated of my vacation by a terrible terrible night.

Difficulty eating at the restaurant when it rains. You can eat only in the room or if you are lucky you can be accommodated to the Asian restaurant

It was very clean and w/ a very good location. The staff is just amazing, specially Erika, Sara, Alejandro, Jorge, Iván and Rubén.

There aren’t many food choices but the menu is enough and tasty.

The room was nice, the cabinets in the clothes closet needed to be painted. But the bed slept amazingly. The room and bathroom was clean. The location is great.

Some of the staff were arrogant. I wasn't served for dinner and I wasn't offered any activities. Room service was ok. On the day I I went to the roof top restaurant twice once for lunch. I had to go to the bar and ask for a drink because no one came to my table to serve me. The 2nd time I went up to dinner. I still wasnt served. The waitress came up and asked me are you dining alone, I said yes, then she took the other chair away. I was about to tell her what I wanted to order but she walked away to another table. I waited patiently for about 20 minutes then I left and ended up going out to eat on 5th Avenue to go get me something to eat or drink. Because I am black female traveling alone I don't deserve to be ignored and treated like I'm a three headed monster. I will not be returning to this hotel. The guy at the front desk was very arrogant and smug. He charged my credit card. When I already paid using affirm on booking.com. I thought the charge would fall off but it hasn't as of yet. Also the plumbing is bad they expect people to throw the toilet tissue you wipe your ass with in a garbage can or else the toilet will clog up, like mines, and I had to call maintenance. Also they overcharge for airport shuttle service, so I found cheaper private transportation to and from the hotel.
