Amazing staff and wonderful facilities in an authentic 5-star result. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, with a plethora of high quality options. The restaurants and bars are quite good and varied. The hotel staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The pools are very nice, but can get crowded during peak hours. The tennis courts were free to use and completely empty during our stay. Great place for a luxury stay.

The beach is nothing special, but the pools more than make up for it.

"Lovely resort, delicious breakfast"

I had a great view, the room was comfortable, clean. Breakfast was amazing - great selection and tasty.

Two slight complaints - the safe in my room did not work and I asked for maintenance to fix it but they never did. Also I paid for half board and was disappointed that no drinks were included with dinner, not even still water. Found that a bit cheeky.

Beautiful resort, lovely beach access and great pool and spa. Lovely buffet breakfast. Loved the Pilates class outdoors too.

My only complaint is that no drinks were included in half board with dinner. Not even water. I think that’s a bit cheap of a 5 star resort. Also would have liked help with umbrellas at the pool. Minor complaints for an otherwise fabulous holiday.

Il resort è collocato su un’altura con una meravigliosa vista sul mare a mezz’ora d’auto da Rethymno, lo staff è estremamente gentile e professionale e tutta la struttura è molto bella

Le camere sono deludenti perché datate, la pulizia di divani e poltrone nelle parti comuni, dei lettini in piscina e in spiaggia molto scarsa e non degna di un cinque stelle. La spiaggia soffocante in quanto chiusa da imponenti frangiflutti in cemento che impediscono la vista del mare. Se si desidera il mare bello bisogna spostarsi altrove e come in tutta Creta le distanze non sono brevi
