Staff was great

Room was very uncomfortable. I asked for a kiny size bed and we got a queen size bed a murphy bed on top of that. Not only was Mattress extremely low, it was worn out and horrible. We felt every spring. We made a complaint and was never changed.

The food was ok. Variety ok. Bar drinks tasted watered down.

The food was ok but didnt like the fact that alot of the plates were wrapped with Plastic Wrap. Why not just put behind glass enclosres? The amount of PlasicWrap was horrific. No straws were used but yet disposable plastic cups at the bar were used. The amount of plastic used at this Resort was terrible!!! When we first arrived at our room we were surprised to find the bed was a pullman style bed and not an actual bed. The shower didnt work properly, and the shower head was tapped to the base. The water did not drain well either. They upgraded us to another room with an actual king bed. The staff while yes they were pleasant, most dont speak english!!! The resort I feel was not described properly on Booking.com as this resort is massive, a city within a city!!! Needed to take a shuttle to get to the beach and restaurants. Golf carts were also used and as their still using gas ones, all you smelt all day were gas fumes.

if you aren’t a part of VIP the place is set up to disappoint you and feel like a second class citizen. only the vip get access to the nice pools and beaches and some of the hang out areas. and these places are in plain sight where everyone can see and it’s much more luxurious that what everyone else has. when you go on vacation you want to feel pampered, here you feel as if you’re unimportant. also, only VIP members get a golf cart so unless you want to wait 20 minutes for the ONE shuttle going around, you’re walking 10 minutes to get anywhere. my legs were sore everyday
