"Nice place because of the beach and sun, but needs a lot of work."

Very pretty, nice staff, spacious room

Noisy, staff were loud in the hallways. The room needed maintenance, the ceiling light did not work, countertops were cracked and the door frame was loose. The room should have been better cleaned prior to check in. Needs updating

"I would not return. There are so many better resorts in Playa Dorada or Costa Dorada."

Most of food wa ok,nothing special.

The room was very spacious,how ever plumbing was poor. There was actually a sign over toilet paper saying not to put paper in toilet,use waste basket!

The only thing I liked was two staff that welcomed me when I got there, the pool and the bar tender and the drinks

Some guy told us that he was going to give us a tour of the hotel and it was a scam trying to sell us stuff after my husband told him that we wasn't interested. The coffee maker didn't work. We asked for wash clothes and we didn't get them until the day before we was leaving. Some guy from the front desk called my room talking about that my husband was complaining about the wash clothes so I went to the front desk and went off at them. To go out to eat you had to go to other hotels, to see the beach you had to go to another hotel. WiFi was bad until you got to the front desk.

The VIP beach site y was relaxing and clean.

The loud music until 6am for 2 days, I was not able to relax in my honey moon for 2 nights.
