Presidential Suites by Lifestyle Puerto Plata - All Inclusive

The staff was very friendly.

Everything was far. If you didn’t wait 20mins for the bus, you would have to walk everywhere. The place also doesn’t have room service. Nobody wants to walk around far places just to eat food.

Staff was not nice. It looked like they were so tire and did not want to work

It was amazing! The room was wonderful and the food was great. Drinks were always available and there is so much to do.

There was one incident that changed the entire experience. Every staff member was outstanding, helpful and polite. However there was one staff member who took us on a tour of the property and apparently didn’t think I spoke fluent Spanish and spent the entire time being disrespectful to my wife and her sister, who are both from the Dominican Republic, asking personal questions and trying to get my sister in law to spend time with him alone. He told my wife and sister that they didn’t have the right skin color to have money so I must be the one paying for everything. He took us off the property to continue trying to get my sister in law to give him her contact information. She kept refusing so he quickly ended the tour and returned to the property. I discussed the incident with both my wife and her sister and we agreed to not let it ruin our vacation, but that level of unprofessional conduct should not be tolerated period.

The presidential suite side of the resort is very clean and somewhat quiet.

The AC and toilet in my room were not working. They switch my room on the third night but the first two nights were really terrible and hot. Had to use the restrooms in the lobby and was unable to sleep with the heat. The Presidenial suite side only serves breakfast and lunch so had to go to the other side for buffet dinner and beach access and any snacks after meal hrs. They never had reservations to their other “5” restaurants so we never got to try anything different only the terrible buffet food. Prepare to be hungry after lunch til breakfast the next day. I’ve been to many other all inclusive properties and this is definitely not my favorite. Probably never going back. Staff did try to be nice and helpful.

Very comfortable, the staff is very nice and helpful. They have a variety of choices for activities, several choices of dinner, several pools you can choose from and the amenities are in great condition.

The only thing I would work on, is the maintenance of the shuttles. Some of them need some work on the seats that are a bit worn out.

The stuff was very attentive to your needs .
