Me gusto el restaurante mexicano a la carta buena comida buena atención el desayuno y almuerzo en presidente suites bu se no buenisima las piscinas poco sucia pero con ese calor la disfruta 😂 bueno tenía miedo pero bueno las cama debe de mejorar las almohadas

From the moment we arrived, the resort exceeded all of our expectations. The grounds were beautifully maintained, the staff was warm and attentive, and every detail reflected a deep commitment to guest satisfaction. What truly touched us, however, was the incredible effort the team made to decorate for my husband’s birthday. It was a complete surprise to both of us—I was as overwhelmed and delighted as he was. Their thoughtful gesture made our stay not just memorable, but truly special. We are so grateful for the unforgettable experience.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully curated and seamlessly executed. From the ambiance to the service, everything was truly perfect. It’s rare to find a place where every detail is so well considered—we left with only wonderful memories and no complaints whatsoever.
