Las habitaciones son excelentes, cero ruido, me encantó.

Todo queda muy lejos, muy poca variedad en la comida, no muy buen sabor tampoco, la mayoría del personal no muestran un trato cordial, saludas o das las gracias y no contestan en especial los señores que manejan las guaguas dentro. Los camareros sí, excelentes. Realmente es un lugar al cual no volvería. Entregamos la habitación súper temprano y nos fuimos. Nuestra segunda noche tuvimos que salir del lugar a cenar, pues la comida no estaba nada agradable al paladar. Ahora bien las habitaciones 10/10.

Food very bad , no variety. There’s like 13 restaurants that need reservations for dinner and they only opened 2 one day , that were already full and we didn’t get to reserved for dinner . the next day ,only one was open . Food not good quality, you have to walk a lot to get to the buffet from when your staying because the only restaurant that has the president suit was closed due to “Baja temporada” .the bus takes more than 30 min to get by each place ,so u have to wait for long to get the transportation. The best facilities are reserved for members only , they don’t have a disco so at night it gets very bored . The facilities was good with lot of pool and that’s the only thing worthy ,other than that the food was so bad , not natural juice and lot of low class local people making your staying more uncomfortable. I had to call for water because they didn’t fill up the mini bar the next day as it was supposed to. I will not come back , price not worthy

Pague por una habitación y me dieron todo lo contrario , los restaurantes cerca que habían mencionando están cerrado , la piscina estaba sucia , el agua se veía turbia , tuve que ir a recepción más de 3 veces para que eme pusieran agua en la habitación.
