I requested special accomodation on booking to have a champagne bottle with flowers in the bed and the resort did not have any information regarding the request.

Everything was amazing

Didn’t like how there were so few options per night for dinner,also how people claim the seats beside pool for hours by leaving their towels and not being in the area

Pool needs more cleaning

We liked that it’s quite and nice and the workers are very attentive

The jacuzzi is very small, don’t like that you have to leave to have dinner because they don’t cook dinner at the buffet, our key had a problem and we couldn’t get inside the room for almost and hour because no one was there to help us at night time very annoying.

Staff is Friendly.

1. The pictures in the website are not for all public. They will try to make you buy a membership to be able to enjoy the all the part of the hotel it is almost like a scan. They try to get you involved without real explanation of what it is. They waste 3 hours of our vacation in this. 2. The air conditioner in the rooms has leakages and is full of mold. The smell and humidity in the rooms is very unhealthy. Two of our rooms have this problem. 3. Booking.com, also was very inconsistent. Not even answer a simple email.
