Very nice appartment. Clean , comfy beds. Extremely nice owners. Very good breakfast. A bit hard to find as entrance is narrow, but yes, it is the place :). I would come back for sure.

The host family was so friendly and welcoming, breakfast and in particular the dinners were top and they helped with all the excursions we made. Perfect.

The street is pretty noisy.

Wow what a stay. One of the best ever home stays. Super friendly, helpful people, amazing food. Helped with booking tours, tuk riks, called people for us. We felt so at home and were super sad to leave

Our room was clean and spacious. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

The area outside our room definitely needs a coat of paint.

The location was good and we were able to walk to the free archeological locations of Anuradhapura. We were hesitant to enter the hotel but after we walked up 3 flights of stairs it was quite nice. Our friends had a nice room on the 3rd floor. Our room on the 2nd floor was small but clean and the shower was hot. The hallways have been crayoned on by the owners three sweet children.

The name says "resort" and that is misleading.

Super friendly owners, very clean, amazing breakfast, good quality bikes for rent and they organise all the trips for you.

From the beginning (got picked up at the trainstation) to the end a 5* experience! Great equipped room and bathroom (never had such a great shower). The family and their kids are super nice and helpful with everything (organized a Safari in Willpatu NP for me alone for a really fair price). The whole city has a special vibe and this apartment made it even more special for me. And not to forget to mention the delicious breakfast!

If I have to find something, maybe that the room is pointing to a busy street but that is really the only thing. Could get anyway a restful sleep
