"Fabulous stay"

Very friendly accommodation right in the middle of town. The room was immaculately clean with loads of towels and toiletries etc. The aircon was icy cold and view out to the street was just perfect for us as we are very nosey. We opted to have breakfast LKR 1500 and it was lovely with lots of local dishes and fresh fruit. The owners explained all the options for visiting the temples including TukTuk tour LKR4500 (5hrs). We opted to rent bikes from them for LKR 1000 and rode around all the temples. It is very flat and once off the Main Street the roads are quiet. We had great fun with the owners children who you see at breakfast etc, they are very friendly and love to chat. At the end of our stay they kindly dropped us off at the train station for free which was very kind.

Super lovely couple and the three boys are just adorable! My daughter played very well with the boys. It felt like we were visiting a friend. Breakfast and dinner were also very delicious. Perfect location.

"LOVELY"

The loveliest, kindest, most generous family who went out of their way to make us feel both like VIP guests and feel at home. The rooms are functional, spotless and well maintained; the bathroom is modern, and you can tell they take great pride in taking care of the guest rooms and the guests. They provide some toiletries and lots of towels, which I've learned is rare for a lot of the budget accommodation in Sri Lanka. Central location: short walk to atms, grocery store, bus station, restaurants. If travelling by tuk tuk, there is safe parking behind.

"Best stay we could imagine"

Look no further! This is the best stay I could imagine. The couple running this place are the most helpful people on Earth, they will help you arrange your trips wherever you want to go, cook you food that is out of this world, rent you bikes to visit the attractions easily, and they they have 3 charming kids. If I were really picky, the WiFi was not too good but I didn’t come here to browse internet and I have a local SIM card so it was not a problem at all. 10/10, JUST DO IT! ❤️
