The hosts were so sweet and kind. From welcoming us to explaining a little bit what to see in the Ancient City Tour to serving us delicious breakfast, everything was so nice!

The power of the AC could be a little bit stronger. But everything was still very comfortable!

Air conditioner didn't work. When I called to inform the issue, nobody didn't pick the phone. I text it. But not responed. Whole nignt stay with out AC. Not good to stay with kids. When I asked warm water to make formula, a lady brought a big glass jug and told not to brake the jug.

While from the street I wasn't sure about my decision once I entered and met the host and saw the room I was happy I did. Very friendly family and staff that takes the time to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Bikes can be rented to explore the town and sites. Provided great information on how to visit the large number of sites. The room was very clean and had a modern bathroom. All the meals I had at the property were great ( 3 breakfasts and a dinner).

We had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel, thanks to the incredibly friendly couple who own the place. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well-cared-for. The owners went above and beyond, even offering us a ride to the train station with their car, which was a lovely gesture. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the bathroom/shower was clean and modern. The breakfast served each morning was delightful, with a variety of fresh and delicious options that made our day start off right. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The personal attention and warm hospitality from the owners made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay!

Clean rooms, superb bathroom, good location (slightly noisy during the day but quiet in the night). Excellent quality of the breakfast and dinner.

Lovely homestay right in the centre of Anuradhapura town and close to the Sacred City - it is hidden away behind a small door beside a shop but upstairs the hotel areas are very nice. The family who run the hotel were extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and comfortable (we had the family room on the top floor with a big window and balcony). Parking available behind the hotel. We had dinner and breakfast at the property and both were excellent. Perfect if you want a simple place to stay that is convenient to visit the historical monuments. Would stay again.
