Lovely place and excellent staff. Location is fine .

The best things was location adhere to the Lagoon where gave us a breathtaking view meanwhile unfrogetable sweet memories . Specially Kayaking 😍And the staff specially Ms Romina and Mr shashi and the person who prepared us a delicious meals really treated well . The Thilanka has a outstanding architectural beauty inside as well as outsider.

The location, the view, the food, the staff, the amenities, the customer service is perfect. Especially the friendliness of Romina, Imesha and the rest of the staff made our holiday even more enjoyable. They served us delicious food both nights we spent there. There is nothing wrong to say. We look forward to going there again to enjoy their amazing seafood dinner and experience lagoon life. ❤️

You'll receive 1st class service. Everything is arranged in perfection. Candle light dinners with view over de the lagoon is every night treat. We wanted to do a safari and a boat trip and the staff will arrange everything for you. Just sit back and enjoy!

Everything about this place is exceptional 👌 We have had a wonderful stay thanks to Mr Jeff Gunawardana, his hospitality and kindness made our evening more memorable and magical. The location is convenient to reach and the hotel is well maintained. We enjoyed tasty meals that sparked our palates, comprised with fresh juices, fruits and delicious sea food. Rooms were super clean and no complaints to be made. All in all we highly recommend the place for anyone looking for a relaxing and affordable holiday in Kalpitiya.

entrance is not visible, rooms were not cleaned properly and found cobwebs. shower rooms drainage system was very poor. water stayed all over the shower room.

Great location at the edge of the kalpitiya lagoon. Amazing view and atmosphere. friendly staff and delicious food. Romina arranged us a boat ride and it was marvellous.

The food (dinner) could be muuch better. Seemed that the only seasoning the chef knew was salt n copious ammounts of pepper... I'd fire/train the chef if I were the administration. Other than that, no complaints honestly.
