Perfect experience, Jounies and all the stuff made this evening even better, were very helpful and nice. Food was also very tasteful:) Authentic oriental night with live music.

Location is really nice and huge. I got the feeling we didn’t have time to visit everything. Food was good, staff was very kind. Rooms were clean, service was good.

Amazing experience, very good food and expecialy very kind and helpful personel. We also had the Club Rotana extra package where you have acces to a private beach, private restaurants and all sorts of mid day snacks and drinks, which was worth every penny. Recomended for couples and families.

From the very first moment we arrived, we felt surrounded by genuine warmth and care. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Mr. Salah (EAM), Mrs. Mary Ann M. Casabuena, Mr. Hassane Omri, Mr. Ali (Assistant Manager), Mr. Abdelli (the best waiter from Saffron Restaurant). Each of you added something truly special to our stay. As always, we were treated like royalty - not as guests, but as part of a family. The invitation to the Silk Road Restaurant, the magical seafood dinner right on the beach, and the access to the peaceful Rotana Club beach were gestures we deeply appreciated. Every moment felt thoughtfully crafted. Several times a day, the staff checked in to ensure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. This level of attention touched us more than you know. This was our 13th stay here, and every time we return, it feels like coming back home - to a place that knows us, understands us, and welcomes us with open arms. The comfort, the wide selection of delicious food, the endless sunshine, the long walks by the sea, the peace and quiet that let us breathe a little deeper all create a sense of harmony we rarely find anywhere else. It is wonderful to see how the hotel continues to develop year after year. We pay particular attention to the care of the green areas and vegetation, and it is clear how much effort goes into maintaining the beauty and serenity of the surroundings. Great experience, friendly staff, great food of many choices, so u don’t go hungry ;) Special occasions diners for instance sea-food night and valentines. Rooms, beaches and in general accommodations were clean and in good shape.
