Everything more expensive, just normal hotel with high prices ,most rooms no windows,

Stair steps steep,some room hot water some don't, no hot water kettle ,you need to ask for hot water.

Loved the location :) the staff were very very accommodating and welcoming :)

The room itself could be better (maybe repaint some of the rusty corners) but overall it was clean :)

There was just a bit of kerfuffle as our check out time on the last day is 5AM and that would mean the bfast would not be available, the fromtdest staff upon check in however advised us that the last day of the breakfast can be claimed a day before our checkout date. We clarified the timings and frontdesk and the downstairs resto hashed it out that we could claim the breakfast voucher for the whole day for our scenario. Unfortunately this was not endoresed to the staff we talked to on the day we were claiming the vouchers. They said that they cannot honor what we “claiml and as the breakfast is just “complementary” it should not be an issue if we dont get the last day of breakfast. Now you see when you book for a stay you will have an option to select stays with and without breakfast and stays with breakfast cost more and so they cannot and should not be labelled as “complementary” as they are baked into the amount we have paid, and no its not okay if we dont get them or at least be given other option when something has been paid for.
