"Accommodation wise, it is very good. The staff are also very nice and friendly."

Breakfast was average, the usual plated inclusive breakfast. Not much variety for my preference but overall good enough as complimentary meal for the stay.

It would be nice to also have complimentary coffee in the room. Zuzuni is a walk up hotel and if you need anything, you need to go up and down flights of stairs.

"We had an amazing overall stay! Will definitely go back again!"

The plated breakfast and restaurant below serves good food. The room we got overviews the sea and has balcony. The room was comfy and clean. We really had a great stay! The area is near dmall too!

The disinfectant was newly sprayed during our arrival, hence we had a hard time during the first hours as the smell is quite suffocating.

location is good

The only thing I like was the location, everything else did not meet my expectation. The room did not have any windows, stain in the sheets, breakfast did not have a good selection. I ordered the arroz caldo and it was too salty that you can't really eat it.

Location, breakfast, support from receptionists and their responsiveness, really recommend to book a room with balcony - sunset view is incredible!

Strong smell (coming probably from pipes) in the room (from time to time)

"The staff refused to do our requests. 😒 Great place though"

- Front beach - Breakfast included - Great location near beach and dmall - The staff are NOT so friendly not even smiling, only smiling at foreigners.

- I need the staff to refill the water dispenser because we need hot water. The staff refused to refill it because "he is about to time out from his work". - The breakfast choice is a few I wish there were more choices because we booked a longer stay. - The TV remote is missing and we can't use the TV because of it. I asked an assistant to the staff to help me find it (the same guy who refused to refill the dispenser) he said he'll get a replacement, note this happened on our first day but he never came back even on our last day. (We didn't asked for it because the WiFi is slow so no point of asking again). - The WiFi is slowwwww than a sea 🐢 in land.
