All the staff were very friendly and professional. They were so accommodating during our stay and helped us with setting up the boat transfer (round trip).

The location is very good. Sheets and bed were very comfortable.

Room is small. The bathroom needs to be updated! Toilet seat was moving, shower head, shower curtain and fixtures are outdated, corners were dirty. Wall has a crack where ants crawl in. It would be nice to have a chair in the room.

Good hotel and good staff except nowhere to sit except in room when the restaurant is busy as there are no dedicated seating areas for hotelguests!

The sad part is the surroundings that are now so noisy, with a cacophony of different places churning out music and a nightclub at the top of building 2 houses away that make the upper floors of the hotel thump with its crazy loud music and bass so hard its impossible to sleep... All the way until 3am in the morning. How that can be allowed made us wonder?. With that kind of noise in any other country the police would have intervened and shut the place down!.Additionally all boats and ferries arrives on pier close by and beside pier directly in front of hotel and the dieselfumes is thick over the area when the huge amount of engines aboard ferries and other boats come or go or just idle right on the waterfront in front of the hotel. Sadly all this will affect your stay, but the hotel itself really is a small gem located on the beach, but albeit no sunbeds dedicated for hotelguests on the beach.

Rooms need regular maintenance. A few broken stuff in the room needed attention and were addressed accordingly. Room size is very small and barely can walk around the bed. Instead of having a massive terrace (bigger than the room itself), the rooms can be upgraded and expanded from the terrace.
