All lifts are out of service. Safe deposit box not working due to flat batteries. Guest have plated food for buffett breakfast except 2 days has convention events and Crown Regency decided to have a full buffett breakfast for everyone. Guests should be offered buffett instead of plated. Cost of stay is too expensive.

The stuff was really nice and helpful! The location was good, walkable distance to bars and restaurants and not as crowded as other stations

The building is old and needs repair, there was mold in our room

Location on the beach in the quieter end of White Sand Beach.. Staff very attentive and friendly Comfortable bed Quiet room,.slept well

The property is getting a little run down.. Musty Air-conditioning that did get better over the 4 night stay.. Safe didn't work in room Balcony door kept jamming Generally little wear and tear things that aren't being fixed. If they fixed the small issues the property would present much better..it was obviously once a very smart establishment.. Breakfast would be greatly enhanced by the simple addition of filter coffee instead of instant,.or invest in an espresso machine!!!
