Good location on the beach

Room smelled of mold. Black mold in the bathroom. Mold blasting from A/C. I ended up sick and leaving early

"This hotel has a feast of roaches."

The location

want to.request refuns for our last night hotel has roaches and scares my kids they sprayed bug spray, whixh made tiny roaches come out..we had to kill them the recwptiom offered more.buh spray but our room smells like bug spray already Please see attached pictures and video of the roaches at your perusal and feel free ro use them for your investigation. That is from room 315. My son was not able to take a picture from room 311 coz it got inside a pillow.case.when he tried to kill it. Our stay was so stressful that it had to be cut short. Please follow up our refund for our cancelled 2nd night stay which is already approved by the hotel. I have videos and pictures of the cockroaches in our room if u need them. Hoping for your prompt action regarding this matter,thank you.
