🌟 A Truly Memorable Stay – 5 Stars All Around! 🌟 We had a fantastic experience at this beautiful resort! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. 🏨 Rooms & Cleanliness: The entire resort is spotless, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Being located right next to a pool made it super convenient, especially with kids. 🍽️ Dining Experience: The food was absolutely delicious every single day! A special thank you to Nikos, who was incredibly thoughtful and attentive to our fussy eater. He made sure there was always pasta with tomato sauce ready—our child’s favorite and the only thing he eats. Such personalized care made a big difference. 👏 💁‍♀️ Front Desk & Service: The front desk team were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special mention to Suela, who provided us with detailed information whenever we needed it and went out of her way to accommodate our requests. Thank you, Suela! 🎭 Entertainment: We thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment, both in the evenings and throughout the day. The activities and games kept everyone engaged and added so much fun to our stay. 📍 Location: The resort is ideally situated—easy access to shops, restaurants, and a nearby bus stop, making it a breeze to explore the area. 👨‍💼 A Special Thanks to Mr. Stavros: Last but certainly not least, a heartfelt thank you to Mr. Stavros, the General Manager. He is truly one of a kind. You’ll see him throughout the resort, engaging with guests, always approachable and genuinely invested in everyone’s experience. It’s rare to see that level of dedication, and it made our stay unforgettable. 💬 In Summary: A stunning resort, top-notch service, amazing food, and a team that truly cares. Food was very delicious. Stuff was very helpful. We had some questions and all the time they were super helpful and polite.

A bit far from the see, we rent a car. Obviously it’s reachable by walking but it may be tiring during a day when it’s hot. Especially with a child.

- Veel parasols aan het zwembad - Handig dat je een lunchbox kan krijgen als je op excursie gaat - Lekker buffet - Goeie hygiëne - Vriendelijk personeel - Airco op de kamer - Mooi omgeving, Chania is zeer leuk om in de avond te bezoeken!

Heel weinig minpunten. Als we toch iets moeten zeggen: - als je doucht dan is heel de badkamer nat (maar ze komen ook wel elke dag poetsen) - lunchpakket is altijd hetzelfde (en wij waren niet zo'n fan van het broodje met paprika en ui als beleg), maar nog steeds top dat er een mogelijkheid tot lunchbox is!

Everything was perfect

Fantastic experience. We travelled as a family of four including a 6 year old child! We all had a wonderful time and were thoroughly looked after by the hotel staff, who were all absolutely amazing.. From the front desk staff, entertainers, restaurant staff, cleaners, shop attendant and even the manager who took time to meet us. It's a fantastic hotel for kids with great activities including the kids disco every evening which our daughter loved! The food was amazing, looked forward to every meal and there was plenty variety. Nice swimming pools and the whole hotel in general is beautifully laid out in a garden setting. All guests we met at the hotel were nice and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed. Just an all round great experience. Honestly couldn't have asked for better! Thank you! :)

We liked everything!

The choice in different pools was nice, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the gym and tennis court were both nice an clean. The fact that at each pool they had a drinks and snacks stations was super good. The room was big enough and the beds were comfortable. Only the lighting and the airco were not that great but they did their job. The pyta gyros station was amazing, very tastefull and great just that the staff only wanted to prepare it their way and where less flexible when you wanted to change something.

The food was good, but not a lot of variety. The all inclusive drinks were not good quality at all. We have stayed at other all inclusives in Crete and they were at least mixed by the bartender where as here they were all ready mix from like a package.

Tout le personnel est adorable et agréable. La propreté du lieu impeccable. Le service restauration est excellent, choix et qualité de nourriture c'est très appréciable ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Les jus de fruits industriels

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille (neuf personnes). Nous avons apprécié : La propreté, la gentillesse du personnel, les services proposés, les piscines, les espaces extérieurs, la qualité et la variété des repas, la bienveillance du personnel, le nettoyage, les animations, la boutique produits accessible en terme de tarif et le snack super (de très bon Gyros). Nous recommandons à 200% cet hôtel.

Le confort de la literie sur les petits lits enfants ne sont pas adaptés pour des grands adolescents.
