Beautiful scenery, great access to water excursions, lovely room. 4 pools- great options, Free shuttle to the 2 beaches- Grand Anse & BBC Beach Daddy Docks Weds- fantastic eve with street food vendors, live music then a DJ in the eve- brilliant, social night. Staff- some were lovely, naturally chatty and just seemingly easier to naturally reason with.

I found this place unnecessarily difficult. Breakfast is buffet but yet we're served- unnecessary Water pressure was shockingly bad- this is something I typically love about hotels, were asked to reduce length of showers, I didn't experience this in my 2 other stays on the isle, prior to True Blue. Staff so/so- When I asked for something I was met with attitudes that felt like I was putting them out. E.g. I asked for beach towels, I was then questioned at length about whether I had any already. I regretted asking! I didn't have any nor am I in the business of theft. WhatsApp group- you can be added to a WhatsApp group to learn of daily activities I, personally, think this is horrific. As someone who likes to switch off, receiving daily notifications is my worst nightmare, there's also a GDPR concern (I don't know the Grenadian equivalent of data protection) but this is an awful idea! Invest in an app, or a up-to-date notice board. The notifications are sporadic, changing, time corrections all adding to unnecessary notifications. I, personally, wouldn't stay again. I'm cognisant that I stayed here after my stay at the Royalton which is considered world class but service is everything. This didn't meet my personal, customer service standards. It's close to the uni, those with kids I'd recommend.

The staff and atmosphere and the energy it gives off. The place was clean and comfortable.. very enjoyable stay and would stay there again but for longer.

The only issue I had was via booking.com I booked for three people 2 adults and a child age 14 which then the booking.com confirmed this as three adults and a rate for our booking confirmed. When we got to the hotel they said since my child was 14 it's classed as an adult as over 12 years of age, which I agreed with but they had to charge me for another room for my child even though booking.com confirmed my booking for a room for 3 adults.

More local/ nature based. Grounds were well kept.

They said they did not have my reservation when I arrived. Then they called me a day prior to my checkout to say their system showed I was checking out that day. I had to be charged another day for their mistake. Additionally, the rooms were not clean.

I took myself away for a birthday treat and couldn’t have asked for more! There was a great variety of food, and I really enjoyed the themed night on Wednesday too! I did check out the container park nearby too, which has a great variety also. Staff were great, especially; Calvin, Arillo, Joy, Trevon, Leisha. (Please forgive me if I’ve spelt those incorrectly!) I loved the onsite boutique, and sitting on the balcony soaking up the view! Room was clean and very spacious.
