Staff was great, nice and accommodating. The rum bar bartendat was such a joy.

The food could be a lot better. The staff is great though.

The property itself was great. Nice rooms, decor and facilities e.g. bakery, gym, yoga studio, boutique. The balcony was also a nice space which I enjoyed relaxing on away from the noisy crowd at the pool. The staff member called Sharon in the True Bluetique was friendly and helpful, but she was the exception. I also like that it felt distinctly Caribbean. The breakfast was good. Coffee machine in the room was also nice.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed in this hotel. The first was 8 years ago. I thought the service was bad then and have not changed my mind. My room was not ready until more than 2 hrs after the check in time. No apology given. The wi-fi was terrible. I attempted to have lunch in the Dodgy Dock. There was 1 member of staff to cover all tables. It took half an hour for her to take my order. After an hour my lunch and the glass of water that I had asked for had still not arrived so I got up and left. Again there was no apology for the delay.

The staff give you a warm hospitality greeting. Great family resort. Good local food and entertainment. Regular housekeeping. Playing area for children.
