"Geweldig resort met ruimte voor verbetering in de details"

Het resort is, in vergelijking met sommige mega resorts in Playacar, klein en overzichtelijk. Het is geen massa en zoals wij het noemen, geen 'vreetschuur'. De locatie direct aan het strand, met geweldige ibiza-style dagbedden met schaduwdoeken, zijn echt heerlijk!

Vooraf heb ik 2 x een bericht gestuurd over de lactose allergie van mijn dochter. Hier is helemaal geen rekening mee gehouden. Tijdens het ontbijt had mijn dochter slechts keuze uit fruit en een wit broodje en een gekookt ei. Alle andere luxe producten waren voor haar niet te eten. Tijdens het avondeten hebben we contact gemaakt met de chef-kok, hij heeft wel speciaal lactose vrije pizza's gemaakt. De kamers vonden wij, met 2 volwassenen en 2 kids (5 en 7jr) vrij klein. De bedden zijn geen volwaardig 2 persoonsbedden te noemen. Het betreffen springveer matrassen, waar wij zelf niet lekker op kunnen slapen. Daar is zeker ruimte voor verbetering.

"Alojamiento con buena ubicación, playa tranquila, rodeado de arboles y animales."

La Playa tranquila. Hay suficientes camas asoleadoras en la playa y en la piscina. La atención de todo el personal excelente, desde el lobby, piscina, snacks, bares, buffet, en general todos muy amables y prestos a colaborar.

En ocasiones hay poca variedad en el Buffet. Aunque aclaro que no es todo el tiempo porque la mayoría del tiempo hacen la reposición muy rápido. Deben mejorar las actividades de recreación y los shows nocturnos para que existan mas alternativas para pasar el tiempo sobre todo con niños y adolescentes.

A primeira acomodação que tivemos era muito ruim. Muito pequena. Menor que dos outros familiares que estavam conosco. Não cabiam as malas. E ainda o quarto estava velho e mal conservado. Depois de muita discussão conseguimos fazer um upgrade para uma suite muito melhor. Esse sim, bem grande e nova.

A alimentação é ruim. Os funcionários não são educados. Respondem qualquer coisa para tentar se livrar de você.

La calidez y amabilidad del personal es lo mejor. Es limpio y cómodo.

hay poca variedad en el buffet y poca rotacion de los platos. Hay momentos que el servicio es lento... tardan mucho en traer bebidas a la mesa. En el bar de snacks varias veces se quedaron sin opciones de comida. los vendedores del club vacacional son muy insistentes.
