Los almuerzos y cenas tendrían que ser mas internacionales. Mejorar el nivel de espectáculos nocturnos.

La struttura molto caratteristica e ben tenuta, all'interno del resort. L'impatto visivo, superata la reception, notevole, il verde che circonda le camere è rigoglioso. La camera, sebbene abbia degli arredamenti in po' datati, ha tutti i comfort necessari e viene pulita (asciugamani compresi) quotidianamente. La formula all inclusive che prevede bevande e utilizzo delle piscine è un buon servizio, il personale è gentile. L'accesso diretto alla spiaggia. L'animazione presente ma non invadente con spettacoli serali di differenti tipologie. Il cibo presente al buffet è molto buono con una scelta molto ricca, ogni giorno.

Lottare la mattina per i lettini in spiaggia perché in numero ridotto rispetto agli ospiti presenti; lettini, per la maggior parte, sfondati e rotti. Condividere la spiaggia con persone esterne alla struttura che invadevano lo spazio tra i lettini dell'hotel alla ricerca di ombra. Le code al ristorante, dovute alla limitata presenza di personale. Il servizio gelato disponibile solo dalle 16 alle 18.

Proposta ok, lindo paisagismo e piscinas

Apatia de alguns funcionários no jantar, um inclusive insistiu em negar uma dose de whiskie no all inclusive, somente depois um outro garçon respondeu que ele estava errado e nos trouxe! Neste restaurante infelizmente vimos alguns funcionários desanimados. Em compensação o rapaz do bar da piscina foi sensacional conosco, independente de gorjetas!

One waiter who was told me make reservations at the Chula Vista restaurant where is the restaurant you don’t have to reserve tables. But then another employer who was in charge was super nice and let me stay at my table I have chosen

La ubicación en la playa

The grounds are gorgeous. We loved the wildlife. There was plenty of variety at the buffets.The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were always available beach chairs when we went to the beach.

Instalaciones descuidadas; en recepción no daban respuestas concretas y traspasaban la culpa a otras personas. Restaurantes con reserva mala calidad de instalaciones, comida y servicio.

Beautiful gardens and animals. Right on the beach very lovely. Food in buffet and Mexican restaurant was excellent! Stayed for Christmas and 24th evening was wonderful! Best all inclusive food I have ever had.

The smell. Bad drains. The beach some days smelt bad and the water. Worries me if the drains are going into the ocean. Getting a drink was a challenge in the buffet - table service was slow and often 2 drinks arrived 20 minutes later. As I had to ask twice. Kids club doesn’t really exsist - 15 minutes once a day by the pool and they are back. Cant leave the kids with them. After you check in the staff are super pushy to get you to go to the other hotel they promised us a discount off our tour if we went. when we got there they wanted us to be in a 90 minute presentation and wanted credit card details and Id. Not good we left immediately.
