Overrasket over at livredderne er mer fokusert på tlf og annet enn gjestene som badet i havet..

"Excellent"

We had a fantastic experience. The beach is stunning, and the buffet staff were incredibly welcoming. We were especially impressed by the room service and the daily cleaning—it was always spotless. The resort territory is gorgeous; you truly feel like you are in the middle of the jungle.

The food was a major letdown. The coffee is terrible, and I was shocked to find margarine being served instead of real butter—it's better to serve nothing at all than a cheap substitute. Worst part, we had a very upsetting experience with a staff member who tricked us into attending a membership presentation (timeshare sales). It felt like a scam and wasted half a day of our precious vacation. Truly disappointing.

Velmi krasny hotel a nadherna dzungla v arealy. Personal bol vzdy velmi mili a ochotni. Chutne jedla aj drinky, pekna cista izba. Plaz bola tiez krasna a vzdy bolo volne miesto aj na lehatku pri bazene.
