la cena del restaurante mexicano fue lo mejor, a la comida me refiero, buenisima , porque a la atencion del personal deja mucho que desear, todos en el hotel parece que estan haciendo un favor al atender a las personas que pagamos por un servicio

La atencion del personal es pesima, creo deberian darles capacitaciones para atencion al cliente. al llegar al hotel a las 3 de la madrugada con mi familia, creo que no le gusto que hubieramos llegado, tal vez esperaba que no lo hicieramos, cuando yo aqui muy claramente mencione que llegariamos en la madrugada. mucha impotencia y angustia cuando al llegar con mis hijos a esa hora el encargado nos quiso dar habitaciones que no reservamos argumentando que fue booking quien les envio esas habitaciones, siendo 6 personas nos quiso acomodar en habitaciones con una cama, cuando yo claramente reserve 3 habitaciones con 2 camas cada una, fue una hora de tratar de hacer entender a esta persona e incluso nos sugirio que podiamos en ese momento cancelar nuestra reservacion en el hotel, una burla realmente de su parte, con menores de edad esperando a esa hora, reacciono cuando yo quise comunicarme con booking despues de una hora y fue cuando dijo que por esa noche nos daria habitaciones que pertenecian al tiempo compartido que por cierto los colchones eran deplorables, incomodos y con los resortes salidos. en fin, las personas que atienden el hotel en su gran mayoria, recepcion, restaurantes, etc, tratan a los huespedes como si estuvieran haciendo un favor, siempre es un no, antes que un si, ejemplo, cuando hicimos la reservacion en el restaurante mexicano, en lugar de apuntarla y decir "los esperamos con gusto esta noche" pues no, ellos dicen , quien sabe si les vaya a tocar una mesa a todos juntos eh¡¡¡ no les aseguramos nada , cuando llegamos el restaurante estaba vacio¡¡¡ a lo que voy, estas personas que trabajan en este hotel cuando las contratan parece que las eligen para hacer pasar mal a los huespedes y no es la primera vez, hace un tiempo estuvimos hospedados ahi y fue exactamente lo mismo.

Estaba cerca caminando de la quinta avenida, había mucha vegetación y animales ‘ tipicos’ de la zona

La comida no tenia mucha variedad comparado con hoteles mayores , y no era la mejor.

Check in was a zoo. I’m not sure what the point of the online check in was.

Nos gustó mucho las zonas verdes dentro del hotel, los gimnasios al aire libre y la playa! Su flexibilidad en fechas. La amabilidad del personal

We liked reef Playacar location and the actual resort. It was very pretty and clean. Our room was nice once we actually got to stay in our room.

We got moved to reef 28 for the first night due to overbooking and damages to some of the rooms. Reef 28 wasn’t on the beach and the staff was rude. The food at both locations was sub par at best. We both got food poisoning one of the very few days we were there. We were without a room for many hours the second day we were there which made it impossible to book excursions due to you having to book by 1 pm and we couldn’t get back to reef playacar till around 3 pm. When we brought these things up they said well we upgraded you to a suite, which we never asked for but that was their solution to all of our issues. The pool bar closes at 7 pm. This resort was supposed to be all inclusive but there were a lot of things that weren’t allowed even though we were “upgraded to the premium all inclusive” no steaks or lobster or seafood was included besides the buffet stuff. The buffet tasted like hospital or cafeteria food and there was tons of cross contamination. They have shuttles to the other two locations with a schedule but the shuttles don’t always come when they say they’re going to or they refuse to take you back to your resort and you have to pay a lot of money for a taxi otherwise you’re screwed.
