Struttura molto pulita, direttamente sul mare. Piscine ampie.

Servizio ombrelloni assolutamente non sufficiente ed adeguato rispetto al numero di ospiti sia per la spiaggia che per le piscine. La qualità del cibo ha buoni margini di miglioramento. Servizio bevande un po’ lento.

Bra läge, promenadavstånd till femte avenidan.

Maten var inte bra. Stort misstag att ta all-inclusive. Vi åt fantastisk mexikansk mat under resan och det som hotellet bjöd på hade väldigt låg standard i jämförelse. Drinkarna från poolbaren tyvärr inte heller gjorda på riktiga råvaror utan billiga koncentrat. Poolen kändes ofräsch och smutsig senare på eftermiddagen och den borde ha putsats oftare under dagen.

"This was my first solo beach trip. Reef 28 is in a safe, vibrant and fun area!"

Reef 28 is in a fantastic location. If you want to avoid the ‘all inclusive’ mayhem, but would still like to spend your days at a beach-this is a great option. I paid a nominal amount per day, in order to plant myself on the beach at either of their 2 sister resorts-Playacar and Coco Beach. Each are walkable from Reef 28. The staff are very helpful and kind. Special shout out to Ural (?) at the front desk, who helped me tremendously during my solo stay.

My only negative comment is that the rooftop bar shut down by 9pm.

I liked the jungle in which the hotel was, I loved the wooden fitness in front of my room. I liked so much the pool activities, as well as the food in the reastaurants!
