L’hôtel est bien situé, proche du centre de Playa del Carmen dans un joli environnement. Chambres confortables. Bon restaurant italien à la carte. Très belle plage sans sargasses

Le manque de personnel. Beaucoup d’attente pour obtenir une boisson dans les bars et dans le restaurant et de la nourriture au snack. Peu d’animations

L’emplacement est au calme, dans un endroit sécurise. Possibilité d’aller au centre de playa del carmen à pieds (environ 20min) L’hôtel est propre est bien entretenu. Les buffets sont très correctes.

Gros problème à l’arrivée. Nous avions choisi cet hotel en TOUT COMPRIS, mais à l’arrivée on nous demande de rajouter 57 USD/pers/jr ! Le personnel de l’hôtel a tout fait pour nous aider, en revanche le service client Booking à été plus que mauvais ne répondant ni au mail, ni au téléphone. Nous avons reçu un message de Booking pour s’excuser de l’incompréhension ! C’est juste de la tromperie et de la publicité mensongère, rien à voir avec l’incompréhension.

"Good location and decent rooms but need to improve service"

Mexican restaurant : recommended! Location: baeutiful garden, well maintained, beach is beautiful. Playacar private village is much quieter than Playa del acarmen main town which is tacky and loud.

Too many rules! Coffee : 3 USD for 1 capsule to use with the machine in the room. The restaurants refuse to sit you even with half table free, if you dont have a reservation. Noisy rooms: in the morning you can hear absolutely everything going on around: people walking to breakfast, coming up and down the stairs. The gym is absolutely useless. The blue all inclusive pass is only valid in 1 resort but not in the others. You need to upgrade and pay more of you want access to the other resorts.

Tolle auswahlreiche Buffeds. Dschungelfeeling im Garten. Sehr gut gelegen. Strand wunderschön. Sehr gut organisiertes Hotel.

Das Zimmer war sehr feucht und dadurch hatte es eine schleche Luft (Muffig)Kleider waren dadurch feucht.

"Assez bien en général"

L'hôtel est situé dans la jungle et l'environnement est magnifique. La plage est très belle. Le personnel est super attentionné.

Le buffet est plutôt simple, les choix sont bien au déjeuner mais l'offre du dîner et souper est vraiment de base et en dessous de nos attentes versus le prix.
