"Buen descanso"

El hotel es muy arborizado, se ve muy natural y se siente muy fresco al caminar. La habitacion es comoda y bien equipada. El buffet siempre esta muy surtido. La playa la limpian todos los dias por el sargazo.

Tuvimos inconvenientes dos días con las reservas en los restaurantes para la cena. Un día fue porque solo se puede reservar para cuatro personas por el tamaño de las mesas y nosotros éramos dos familias en total cinco. Habíamos reservado pero nadie nos explico que la reserva queda cuatro y uno. Finalmente el mesero nos ayudo. Al dia siguiente reservamos en el restaurante italiano pero la reserva quedo en el restaurante mexicano, ese dia no nos pudieron atender en el italiano, fuimos al dia siguiente.

Locatie was top.

Service was niet goed. Te weinig personeel. Barman moest zelf door het hotel glazen ophalen, wassen en dan nog inschenken. Daarnaast waren ze bij al la Cart niet behulpzaam.

The staff were so absolutely amazing! So friendly! Food was great!

I wish they selfserve coffee at the buffet. Lactose free options would be a plus too. 🤗
