Staff were helpful room was clean food was good

Not allowed to bring food from outside restaurants even if you want to eat in your room. No place to buy snacks at the resort

The breakfast was good, plenty of variety

The bathrooms could have been cleaned better

I thinl the staff are hardworking and very hopaitable. A big thank you ro Jhonson at the reception who was very attentive to our comfort and made sure we were well talen cared of.

There was abit of mosquitos especailly at night. They did come in to fumicate though. Thats it really

I went to the Spa at the hotel. I did not like the experience there, as the masseuse was on a phone call throughout, even while massaging me, which I found very unprofessional.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mombasa Continental Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made the experience feel warm and welcoming. The food portions were impressively generous and tasty. A great balance of comfort, value and genuine hospitality.

Good breakfast Dinner was superb

The location is amazing. It's right next to the beach. There is always someone to help around the hotel, doesn't matter the time or day. There is security stationed at the reception door and the gate adding more security to the place.

The place is kind of dated, however they were busy with renovations.
