I spent 2 nights in Hotel Rainforest to visit the National Park. The staff was very kind and I was welcomed by Raj who took me on a tour and explained me a lot of things to help me understand many things in the park. I can only recommend it.

"it was a decent one"

The property is located at a very good location. They have good amount of space in the resort.
There are certain issue with the rooms e.g., water leaking in bathroom broken bathtub etc.

Staff were amazing. Went above and beyond what was expected. Always friendly and happy. The safari package they do is great, knowledgeable Guide and the price was fair. Breakfast is also very good.

"Amazing stay in a relaxing place"

I had a really nice stay in this hotel. The room is very clean and comfortable, with hot water in the shower and ac. The staff is helpful, organizes nice excursions and the bus transfer.
Nothing to remark. There was a party at the pull on the last evening, but the staff still stopped the loud music before midnight and we had a good rest.
