Hotel Rainforest

It was very nice stay and we enjoyed the beautiful garden inside the hotel. Swimming pool is one of the plus point. Most importantly, they lunch was amazing.

there was a problem on turning on the tv and we called the hotel staff to set it up. Even after calling two or three times, they didn’t come. Besides that, everything was okay.

The canoe ride, jungle walk and jeep safari arranged by Raj were great! We saw crocodiles, rhinos and even a tiger!! The hotel owner (also called Raj) was very friendly, chatted to us every day and made sure we were happy with everything (which we were). The pool was also great.

The place is nice, people attentive and a breakfast that you can choose and is tasty

WiFi was a little bad in the room. There was not hot water.

Great service, clean room, nice pool, good food, fair prices, good guides and advice. What else do you need!?

Wifi was a little unstable

Hotel rainforest is in a perfect location, opposite Hatti Chowk and nearby great restaurants, shops and galleries. Only a shirt stroll down to the river. There is a nice bike rental shop across the street. The staff and owner/manager went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I really enjoyed the facilities (swimming pool is great!), the lush grounds, the restaurant and the comfortable room. As a solo female traveller, safety and avoiding harassment are aways my primary concern. I felt very safe staying here and the staff were super respectful. I also appreciated the airport pick up and drop off for a reasonable fee, as well as having my tours arranged. This was my 4th time visiting Sauraha and I will be back for sure!

We had a great time at hotel rainforest. Very friendly staff, also helped us arrange safari’s at a good price. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool.

The staff, and especially Raj, made us enjoy our stay 10x more than we'd do by ourselves We enjoyed everything he planned for us, and especially him guiding us around the area's activities

All of activity is good . But need to improve breakfast and other facilities for guests
