La primera habitación que nos dieron, tenía muchas escaleras hasta llegar a ella.

Nice place and nice location.

Some small details from the room could definitely be cleaner, specially in the bathroom, things that are simple but yet disgusting once you see them. The photos from the property are different of how it actually looks right now and that’s confusing. The pool area is nice but it’s feels like you need to consume to be allowed to be there, not the best feeling I want in a place I’m staying and for that price. The diving is also quite expensive compared to other places close to the port. No special prices for guests staying in their rooms was a little disappointing.

right on the beach. have access to drinking water and a pool that’s part of the beach club attached. very close to shark bay and the john-suwan viewpoint!

there’s so so many steps up to the hillside rooms which was very hard to go up and down multiple times a day. the patio doors didn’t close properly so we had a lot of problems with bugs in the room

Completely shit, rooms are over 100 stairs high. When looking at the location on booking.com in comparison to where we actually have to stay is shocking and not at all as advertised. Not even near the beach. Refused to give us air-conditioning unless we paid an additional 2000 baht which was only brought up to us once arriving. Rooms look Completely different to what's advertised they are small stuffy with no amenities. No mini fridge, air conditioning and sometimes no running water or electricity. It is colder to go outside in the 35 degree heat due to how hot and humid these rooms are. The rooms are infested with bugs (I can understand a couple due to location however there were hundreds). Bugs in the bed and on the mattress, ants climbing in through the sink and shower. The balcony door also doesn't close fully which is clearly an issue. Rooms are dirty, carelessly cleaned. All towels have stains and marks on them which is just downright disgusting, also not sure the sheets on the bed were changed. I understand that this is budget accommodation however at this rate I'd rather be in a cell. Tried phone the helpline they provide on their booking.com,however it just leads to a automated voice mail saying the number is out of order. Dont often let things like this bother me however this Completely ruined my trip. I booked with this hotel to stay in a nice quiet location and get my diving certifications however the management is so shit I wouldn't trust them to run a bath.

The room was perfect size, with good air on beautiful views over the bay. The dive school was brilliant start at a good time and the guys on the the boat and shop where fantastic, was so very lucky to see whale shark

A few power cuts, but thats to be expected with being a small isolated island so not really a complaint

Really good location and staff were very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our stay here and we took part in diving too.
