Excellent location, a bit outside of the village with an amazing view over the sea. Enough restaurants, bike rental, supermarket, diving shops nearby. The staff is very kind and helpful and the have a great diving shop.

There could be some closet in the room.

The pool facilities and bar were lovely.

The room was a sauna, and there was no space to move around. We actually booked a new hotel after our first night for the remainder of our stay due to feeling unsafe and uncomfortable.

The restaurant was super tasty and the location was only a 10 minute taxi from the pier and a 5 minute walk to shark bay where we saw turtles. The pool was right on the beachfront with lovely bean bags to sit on and it was never too busy. The bar sold reasonably priced drinks and the smoothies were super fresh. Our room had a nice balcony to sit on and hang clothes. The shower was also very powerful and shampoo/shower gel was provided.

Our room was right at the top of a hill, probably about 200 steps and even though the hotel says air con our room did not have any, just a fan. The bathroom didn’t have any hand soap or a towel.

The beach/pool bar beside the property was the only saving grace for the property. If we didn’t have access to their pool and nice staff, we would have left.

Rooms were ages away, up multiple steep steps on a mountain side. This was not made clear at the booking stage. The rooms looked different to the website, with very little space to move in them, no storage, duvet or safe. We asked to move rooms and we were charged €40 even though there was a small difference in price on booking.com. Second room was much better but was expensive to move. Staff were unhelpful and the “reception” closed at 5:30pm with no number provided should something go wrong for us. No facilities at all in the actual hotel, only in the restaurant attached. House keeping staff were standing outside our room at 10:45am when check out wasn’t until 11pm, which made us very uncomfortable as they just appeared and didn’t tell us they were there.
