HIDE ELLA Hotel & Resort

Situato a pochi passi dalla via principale di Ella, nel silenzio e lontano dalla confusione, su una collina alla quale si accede tramite una salita piuttosto ripida, ma che i tuk tuk riescono a fare tranquillamente. Gode di una vista fantastica sulle colline circostanti, ben visibili sia dalla terrazza che dal ristorante. Le stanze invece sono per lo più situate più in basso, per cui non tutte godono di un’ottima vista. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto il manager, e le stanze sono pulite.

Il fatto che non tutte le camere godano della vista non vale il prezzo del soggiorno, decisamente troppo elevato rispetto alla media. Le stanze sono piuttosto piccole e nel mio caso non disponevano di shampoo, balsamo e crema corpo, che non sono neanche stati ricaricati al momento della sistemazione giornaliera. A parte la splendida vista, non offre nulla di più degli altri alberghi della città.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Der Ausblick aus den Zimmern ist genial. Das Personal ist super nett und war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück-Buffet hat alles was man sich wünscht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuss und man ist Mitten in der Stadt, trotzdem ist es schön ruhig in der Nacht. Wir würden es definitiv weiterempfehlen

The staff were impeccable. I cannot thank them enough for their attentive service and hospitality. Food was amazing! Highly recommend their breakfast.

Access. A bit tough to get through with our vehicle but the hotel provided one and picked us and our baggage up from the main road. They’ll arrange the tuk tuk when needed.

Si piensas ir andando desde la estación ten en cuenta que para llegar hay que subir una rampa muy fuerte, mejor ir en coche

Good location, close to the main area but far enough away for peace and quiet. Rooms are clean, a little small but does the job. Great views.

Mattress was a bit firm No alternative milk on site despite requesting in advance.

The manager Roohan was very friendly and hospitable.

While the staff were very hospitable, I found that the food and other amenities did not meet the standard expected for the price charged for a one-night stay.

The property is very modern and clean. The room had an amazing view of the mountain and the staff were very polite and ready to help with anything we needed.

Perhaps a bit pricey. There was an amazing terrace/veranda overlooking the mountain but there were no lights on during the night if you wanted to sit and have dinner there
