Location and view. Unbeatable. Surrounded by nature totally. Staff are very polite and helpful. Restaurant skyline view was ultimate service with view to live for.

We had the most amazing stay at Hide Ella Resort — it exceeded all our expectations! The property is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature with breathtaking views that instantly put you at ease. The meals were delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. We enjoyed a great variety, and everything we tried was full of flavor. Dining here was truly a highlight of our stay. What made the experience even more special was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway in Ella. We can’t wait to come back!

Just got back from the most incredible stay at Hide Ella Resort, and I’m already missing it! The views were absolutely breathtaking – waking up to those misty hills felt like a dream. The food was super delicious, fresh, and full of flavor – every meal was a treat. What truly made the stay special was the hospitality. The staff were warm, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. A big shoutout to Janath, the manager – he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Our room had a hot tub with a view that’s hard to put into words – it was pure bliss to relax there while soaking in the scenery. If you're heading to Ella and want a place that’s peaceful, scenic, and super comfortable, this is it!

Stunning views

Good location, great room (furniture, space, view)

Room being located on the 5th floor - same floor has pool and game area, noisy, and pool showers were right beside our balcony. Ask for a room on any floor but the 5th Pool too cold Kind of overpriced especially given the low/in-between season

The room could have been cleaner. We booked the half board option and dinner was not amazing. Soup was not good and once the chicken was dry and not really eatable. The second time we asked for pasta and it was very basic and not nice. We hoped to have local traditional food which was not available.

Views, breakfast, location and rooms are good.

Service not too good. We needed some money change for Tuktuk and did not get any help. We had to go to restaurant next to the hotel to change our money. One guy at reception was very friendly though. Food at dinner was poor quality. Electricity problems many times but due to location. Cold swimming pool.

Modern design and spectacular views. Breakfast was very good and the wide variety was appreciated.
