Plaa's Thansadet Resort

Location is beautiful but very far from everything. The room views are amazing...sea view. The restaurant is gorgeous. Room has good facilities.

The hotel is in a national park that is full of garbage which is very sad. The food is a bit pricey at the restaurant.

Beautiful view, short distance to a nice secluded beach, the wooden cabins were very nice, the hammock in the balcony is perfect. Food at the restaurant is also very good!

They Scam you with their Taxis They ask for 1000 baht to any destination

The sea view is amazing and the bungalow is located in a really quiet and beautiful area.

The location was a bit hard to reach and the taxis are more expensive, since the bungalow is located inside a National Park.

Amazing location, incredible beach and good well priced food

Plaa’s is a magical resort built into the hillside over the bay of Than Sadet beach. The views & beach are breathtaking taking. This was a return visit after 20 years ago when my husband came as a backpacker. It is great to see Plaa still running the resort. The vibe is still like the old days but there are some fabulous new bungalows that offer a little bit of luxury in the jungle, without losing the KP magic. We stayed in the Deluxe bungalow which was superb.

Nothing at all! It was brilliant. But a word to other travelers…there are lots of steep steps to climb & you walk through gaps in boulders on the beach to access the resort, which is brilliant but not for people with mobility issues perhaps. But if you’re adventurous you’ll love it!
